The fully automatic tension controller is a high-precision, multi-functional, fully digital intelligent tension controller that cooperates 

with the tension detector to form a closed-loop tension control system. By receiving the signal transmitted by the LX series tension 

detector, after internal PID calculation and processing, the actuator is adjusted to automatically control the rewinding/unwinding 

tension of the material. The tension controller adopts a new graphic LCD display with clearer Chinese and English displays, and issues 

0~24VDC control voltage instructions for magnetic powder clutches/brakes. It can also output 0~10V voltage signals to control inverters, 

servo motors or other actuators. High-precision tension control of the roll material. Widely used in printing, packaging, papermaking, 

cables, rubber and plastics, electronic batteries, textile printing and dyeing and other industries.


Features:

1. Adopts 128x96 graphic LCD display, Chinese and English display options, and friendly operation interface.

2. Digital design, no adjustable potentiometer, simple tension calibration process, accurate, stable and reliable tension measurement.

3. Can receive single/dual sensor input signals and adapt to various tension sensors used as input signals:

    a. A differential special tension sensor can be selected (input signal range is 200mV, power supply 5V)

    b. Strain gauge tension sensor can be selected (input signal range is 20mV, power supply 10V)

    c. Angle potentiometer can be used as dancer roller tension control.

4. Optional serial communication function, optional RS485 communication interface and PLC, PC to form a distribution system 

(optional communication function).

5. Use the non-overshoot PID algorithm to ensure that the tension does not overshoot during the system start/stop process.

6. It has dual-axis switching function and acceleration and deceleration control function.

7. Automatic/manual control without disturbance switching.

8. Parameter password protection to prevent accidental modification.

9. Use highly adaptable switching power supply (165~264VAC) to ensure long-term reliable operation.
